If your goal is to learn to read the Qur’an properly and earn its intercession on the Day of Judgment, the Bidaya Curriculum will help you achieve that goal.

Bidaya Kit is a progressive curriculum designed to strengthen teachers’ educational, evaluative, and leadership skills in Qur’an reading and recitation. It provides the tools teachers need to develop their abilities and effectively manage Qur’an sessions and classes at every level.

About the Author

Sheikh Ahmed Muhammad Al‑Sheikhi
Born in Benghazi, Libya

Sheikh Ahmed began teaching the Qur’an following the Libyan methodology under his teacher, Sheikh Adam Al‑Hasnawi, for five years in Libya. He later served as a Qur’an instructor in Islamic communities across Switzerland for over six years.

In 2004, Sheikh Ahmed moved to the United States, continuing his teaching journey in several cities, including Chicago, where over 26 students have memorized the Qur’an under his innovative program, Sahib Al‑Qur’an.

With more than 20 years of international teaching experience—in Libya, Europe, and the U.S.—Sheikh Ahmed developed the Bidaya Curriculum, a dynamic approach to learning and reciting the Qur’an.

His methodology has earned recognition and approval from distinguished Qur’anic scholars, including:

• Sheikh Kurayyim Rajih – Head Reciter of the Levant

• Sheikh Ahmad Isa Al‑Masarawi – Head Reciter of Egypt, Chairman of the Qur’an Review Committee
