These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the event organizer ("Organizer," "we," "us") and you ("Attendee," "you") upon purchase or use of any ticket ("Ticket") for the event ("Event"). By purchasing, accepting, or using a Ticket, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, do not purchase or attend. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time; your continued possession or use of the Ticket constitutes acceptance of any updates.

Tickets are sold solely for the Event specified and are non-transferable except as expressly permitted by the Organizer in writing. Resale or attempted resale above face value is strictly prohibited and renders the Ticket void. Duplicate Tickets or those obtained through unauthorized channels are invalid. The Organizer reserves the right to limit purchases per person and to cancel any order suspected of fraud.

Contact the Organizer regarding any entry-related resolutions-no automatic refunds or exchanges. Re-entry is not permitted unless authorized by the Organizer. Attendees must arrive by the stated entry time.
3. Code of Conduct and Prohibited Activities

Attendance is at your own risk. You knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, loss, or death arising from any cause whatsoever, including negligence by the Organizer, venue, sponsors, artists, or their agents. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Organizer, venue operators, affiliates, employees, contractors, or representatives (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, or liabilities. This waiver includes risks from infectious diseases, crowd surges, equipment failure, or unforeseen events.
5. Health and Safety Protocols
